The Shift Space Growth Framework™

Through years of supporting individuals navigating change, growth and emotional challenges, I began to notice consistent patterns in how meaningful transformation unfolds.

Although every person’s experience is unique, the process of personal growth often moves through recognisable stages of awareness, understanding, alignment and change.

From these observations, I developed The Shift Space Growth Framework™ a structured therapeutic model designed to support individuals in understanding themselves, recognising patterns, and navigating personal challenge and change in a way that feels intentional and sustainable.

This framework maps the journey of growth through seven interconnected stages: Awareness, Exploration, Acceptance, Alignment, Intention, Integration, and Transition.

Rather than viewing change as something sudden or forced, this model approaches growth as a gradual and reflective process that develops through increased understanding and conscious action.

The framework is presented as a spiral to reflect the reality that growth is not linear. Individuals may revisit stages as insight deepens over time.

How This Framework Supports My Work

I use The Shift Space Growth Framework™ within my therapeutic counselling and coaching practice to help individuals make sense of where they are in their personal journey and move forward with clarity and intention.
